I'm sure you're vibe coding by now and I imagine you want more than the ability to vibe. Here's a great guide to Github and Git for non-technical people.

The majority of guidance on how to be a good design leader never actually helped me make better decisions. This is the most practical and effective pivot I used to think outside the box, be excited about work again, and know that I was making better decisions.

Leverage points are places in companies, industries, teams, etc. where small shifts in one thing can produce big changes in everything. The most powerful leverage point is to detach ourselves from our own assumptions and to stay flexible. If we can do this, we realize that NO best practice is “true,” and that every assumption (especially our own) limits our ability to create new possibilities.
