CDO School Membership is a year-long, invitation-only learning network for senior designers and leaders. Inside, you commit to quarterly reflection and sharing insights twice a year with your peers. You learn how others approach the same challenges you face, and you get a curated digest that reveals patterns across the entire community. This program is $899 and includes monthly live events, as well as the CDO School Toolkit.

Why do I need to apply?
The goal of the application process is to ensure that the intake as a whole consists of diverse participants who can both contribute to and benefit from the program. Finding the right fit for our programs is never about individual worthiness.
We consider a level of responsibility, areas of focus, location, organization size and structure, as well as learning styles as part of the assessment.
Am I obligated to join if my application is approved?
Nope! If you don't wish to join, just ignore the approval. Still, please only apply if you're very serious about it. Our team spends time reviewing each application.
Are there language requirements?
Everything inside is conducted in English, and skill and confidence in English is our only specific admission requirement.
